Feijiang Machinery Two Systems (Manual/Violation Handling Procedures) Promotion and Training Session


In active response to and implementation of relevant requirements from the town government, and to further standardize
employee conduct and clarify management guidelines, Feijiang Machinery will formally conduct a special training session
 on theEmployeeHandbook and the Measures for Handling Violations and Disciplinary Offenses. The sessionwill take place
 at 1:30 PM on Monday, October 13, 2025, in the conference room of the company's slitting machine workshop.



This training program centers on the core objective of “enhancing institutional awareness and strengthening
 management foundations,” and is being conducted in organized batches for all employees. The meeting
procedures explicitly require employees to sign in on-site personally to ensure attendance authenticity,
 strictly prohibiting proxy sign-ins. Interactive voting segments are incorporated to boost employee engagement,
 while emphasizingthat absences, tardiness, or early departures are not permitted without special circumstances
to guarantee training effectiveness. Attendance followed a sequence prioritizing the Slitting Machine Workshop,
Bag Making Machine Workshop, Office, and other departments. This approach balanced the orderly
progression of production work while achieving comprehensive learning coverage for all personnel.

Department heads communicated the meeting schedule to every employee in advance to ensure full awareness
 and punctual attendance. This training initiative represents both Feijiang Machinery's concrete implementation
 of government directives and a significant step toward refining internal management and enhancing employees'
awareness of regulations, laying a solid foundation for the standardized execution of subsequent tasks.
